1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InvoiceSnap (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Description of Service
InvoiceSnap provides an online invoicing platform that allows users to create, manage, and send professional invoices. The Service is offered in free, Pro, and Business tiers. Features, pricing, and availability may change with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the Service. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data, distribute malware, or use the Service for spam or fraud. Violation may result in immediate termination of your account.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Pro and Business plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel anytime through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
6. Intellectual Property
InvoiceSnap and its branding, design, and technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of your content (invoices, client data, logos). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
