  • Business information: Business name, email, phone, address, and logo (Pro/Business plans)
  • Invoice data: Client details, line items, amounts, and related invoice content
  • Payment data: Processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details
  • Usage data: Logs, analytics, and technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamps)
  • Support communications: Messages you send via our support system

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send invoices to your clients (Business plan) and support-related emails
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you
  • Ensure security, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms
  • Comply with legal obligations

We use trusted third parties to operate the Service. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database hosting (supabase.com/privacy)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
